GENERAL MANAGER - DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS


CAPTAIN BILL HOUGHTON has over 30 years of flying experience. Bill has held numerous key management postions with charter and scheduled air carriers throughout Canada.

Teamwork, integrity, and the pursuit of excellence continue to be the driving forces behind the growth and success of REGIONAL 1. It is the commitment and enthusiasm of each employee that fosters our continues success. CHIEF PILOT


CAPTAIN LUC PICARD has over 14,000 hours of flight time. His airline and corporate flying experience is worldwide, covering North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.

Aviation encompasses a complexity of diversified disciplines, professions, and equipment. Unless adequate skills and required know-how is harnessed properly to aoperate effectively, the return on the vast resources and investments will not be optimal. Recognizing the human resources are the most valuable assets in any organization, any decision to invest in training is a top priority.

We want your experience to be simple and easy. That's why our flight attendants provide our customers with a high level of care and comfort.

Safe Responsibilities
Flight attendants are highly trained for a wide variety of emergencies and how to respond. The majority of a flight attendant's duties are safety related. Prior to each flight, a safety check is conducted to ensure all emergency equipment are on board, are in the right quantity, and in the proper condition.

Passenger Care Responsibilities
The main and always primary duty of a flight attendant is for safety, but they also provide a customer service on board our flights. We appreciate your business and do our best to take care of all of your needs.
